Sundog

In this photo of model Shannon Purdy she is hanging from the bottom of a rail bridge built in the late 19^th or the early 20^th century. One of my favorite aspects of this photo is the sundog or lens flare near her right shoulder. The symmetry between her round butt and the round lens flare make an implied triangle. It doesn’t hurt that her butt is slightly out of focus and the sharp contrast really grabs the eye.
